Welcome to Nehborly Voice. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our app, website, content, and services. By using Nehborly Voice, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who Can Use Nehborly Voice
You must be 13 years or older to use Nehborly Voice. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Your Content
By uploading or posting any audio, text, or media ("Content") to Nehborly Voice, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute, and publicly perform or display that content in connection with the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have rights to all content you submit, and it does not infringe or violate any third party’s rights.
3. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any content, mute or ban users, or restrict functionality for any reason, including (but not limited to):
- Hate speech or harassment
- Violence or threats
- Sexually explicit or obscene material
- Spam, manipulation, or scams
- Impersonation or misinformation
4. Platform Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in Nehborly Voice - including the code, design, logo, brand, and content not posted by users - remain with Nehborly, Inc. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or use our material without permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Nehborly Voice for any unlawful or harmful purpose. You also agree not to interfere with our systems or attempt unauthorized access.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion. If you breach these Terms, your right to use Nehborly Voice will immediately end.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nehborly, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The platform is provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind.
8. Binding Arbitration & Class Waiver
By using Nehborly Voice, you agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration and waive your right to participate in any class action or class-wide arbitration.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes go into effect means you accept the revised Terms. Major changes will be posted with notice.
10. Data Use & AI
You consent to your anonymized voice and content being used to improve our services and moderation systems, including training automated tools and AI models. We do not sell your personal data.
